Duties:
To greet all visitors and customers at reception desk
Answer telephone calls and direct them accordingly
Assist with general office duties
Skills/Qualifications:
– Telephone skills
– Able to use Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
– Multi-tasking
– Organisation
This is a permanent part-time position, working hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
